With regards to processing,this is pretty much out of camera.Crop, perspective correction (pano tools), auto levels, sharpen.
From your other post`s I see you are using a 400d camera.Unfortunately most Canon dslr`s aren`t particularly responsive to infrared,resulting in long exposure times and a more muted colour palette.
"I only have one colour." Which colour?
Have you set a custom white balance or are you using RAW?

: I'd be interested to hear how you processed that pic. I love the way that you have blue foliage & brown sky. Whenever I take the pics off the camera, I only have one colour.
